  Michele Favoretto, Founder-CEO

  Over a 20-year corporate career, Michele has demonstrated her ability to effectively and efficiently work on the cutting edge of new technology deployments. She combines her marketing talent with sound business practices to engage business owners, investors and corporate leaders in the company’s vision. Throughout her career she has been actively involved with humanitarian, religious, cultural and civic organizations. She holds degrees in graphic communications, business, and web design. Michele serves as an Advisory Board member for Interactive Media at Baker College where she is an adjunct instructor of graphic communications.  She has been nominated by the National Association of Women Business Owners as a 2008 “Top 10 Up-and-Coming Business Woman” in Michigan and also nominated "Crain's 2011 Women to Watch."

  Dr. Thomas Steding, Executive Chairman

  Dr. Steding is a senior corporate executive with an excellent track record in founding and growing successful businesses based on complex, leading edge technologies.  He has been CEO of nine high tech companies and active Chairman of several others. Many of these have received multiple awards, and all have either been acquired or are still in operation. He has held previous executive management positions with 3Com, Novell, and Sony. Dr. Steding holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from University of California, Berkeley, California, and a MS in Management (Sloan Fellow) from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, Stanford, California where he graduated top of his class. He is the co-author of Built on Trust – How to Gain Competitive Advantage in Any Organization.

  Pavan Muzumdar, Financial & Technical coordinator

  Pavan has over 15 years of corporate and operating experience as a CEO, COO, and Senior Consultant. He has experience as a senior consultant to IT services, securities back-office processing, telecommunications and manufacturing. Pavan is currently founder and CEO of Pieris Capital, LLC., a private equity advisory firm with a global outlook, focused on wealth preservation and growth using innovative approaches in investment management. In 2009 Pavan was appointed as the Entrepreneur in Residence at Lawrence Technological University. He holds dual Masters degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, and is a CFA charter holder. Pavan is a Board member of MIT Enterprise Forum of the Great Lakes. He is also a member of the CFA Institute.
